Halogen-free flame retardant for polyolefin

Product Description

DovaFR PO 313 is a phosphorus-nitrogen compound halogen-free flame retardant with high-efficiency. It is designed for PP, PE, TPV and other polyolefins. DovaFR PO 313 is based on Nitrogen and phosphorus (ammonium polyphosphate APP free). It mainly plays a flame-retardant effect with char-forming and expansion flame-retardant mechanism. Applied to RoHS and REACH regulations.

Applications
DovaFR PO 313 is used as flame retardant in oily polyurethane, oily acrylic, silicone and other adhesives. It can be directly coated with PET/Smooth substrates such as aluminum foil without graininess. Flame retardant performance can reach UL94V-0 level.
In TPE, TPU and other elastomer products, is resistant to white oil, does not precipitate, and has little effect on physical properties.

Processing considerations: In air, the initial thermal decomposition temperature of DovaFR PO 313 is 280. The processing temperature of the screw can be adjusted to strengthen the dispersion and improve the effect of plasticization according to the specific situation. A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained during the process of screw extrusion.
In PP, it is not recommended to use strong shear screw combinations.

DovaFR PO 313 is supplied in 25 kg craft paper bag / 1.000 kg shrink-wrapped pallet.

Storage
DovaFR PO 313 is in sealed containers at room temperature in a dry place. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
Minimum shelf life is 24months from the date of shipping when stored according to the said conditions.
