Product Description

Dova PTFE 403 is available as a white-micron powder of polytetrafluoroethylene with low molecular weight by a special method. Its’ molecular is 10,000~30,000. It is mainly applied in engineer plastic. It can obviously improve the wear resistance, lubricity, non-viscosity and flame retardant of the matrix material and advance the performances of basically materials. Dova PTFE 403 is also used as processing agent and a separate lubricant, but it can’t be in place of high molecular weight PTFE suspension or dispersion resin for extrusion or molding.

Applications
Dova PTFE 403 is used in various thermoplastic/thermosetting plastics, rubber and elastomers as processing agent, which can be reducing the friction coefficient of material surface, improving the wear resistance of materials, preventing scratch on the surface of materials. Meanwhile, it plays the role of internal lubrication and demoulding It is also improved the viscosity resistance and friction resistance of resin and avoid the appearance of surface defects and scale formation. Dova PTFE 403 proportion added is 5%~20%.
Dova PTFE 403 is mainly used for plastics, such as PA, POM, PC, polyester, PI, PPS, PEEK, polysulfone.

Dova PTFE 403 is supplied in plastic bag in Cardboard barrel of 25kg.

Storage
Dova PTFE 403 is in sealed containers at room temperature in a dry place. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
Minimum shelf life is 24 months from the date of shipping when stored according to the said conditions.
